Debbie is president of London Baker Group, a Tampa, Florida firm specializing in organizational and individual performance improvement. The firm’s corporate clients include WCI Communities, Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Tampa Bay Partnership. Her individual clients are from an array of industries with the common theme of knowing there is more available for them to achieve.
Debbie has worked with hundreds of professionals and facilitated personal and professional development interventions, strategic planning and leadership development for dozens of organizations, large and small, business and not-for-profit.

Debbie participates in multiple learning opportunities every year and has been certified by Target Training International as an expert in the use of their personal productivity assessments.
For three years Debbie served as part of Hillsborough Tomorrow, a community initiative to vision a better place to live in her home county in Florida. She went on to serve with the Advisory Council of Success by 6, a community initiative working to ensure children are ready to start school - physically, emotionally and socially.
Debbie is a member of the Board of Directors of Network of Executive Women, and PowerStories Theater. She’s active with the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Sertoma. She is a founding member of The Elderboomer Project, The Honoring Institute and the Institute for World Courage.
