Gerald Turner is CEO and founder of EPM International, LLC. (EPM), a global management consulting firm that provides high-impact, results-oriented corporate performance measurement (CPM) consulting, advisory and coaching services to executive leadership teams. Through EPM’s award winning performance management process, the Enterprise Performance Measurement & ManagementSM (EPM2) system, Dr. Turner partners with executive leadership teams to development of a framework from which to successfully launch, manage, implement and monitor enterprise-wide strategic and operational performance initiatives, programs and projects. Specialty areas of practice areas include Performance Scorecards, The Performance Prism, Malcolm Baldrige, Six Sigma, EFQM, TQM, ISO and Lean Manufacturing.
Dr. Turner has held positions of increasing responsibility including technology director, director of international programs, VP of operations, CEO, COO and senior management consultant within major global management consulting firms. His most recent engagements have included development of state-of-the-art organizational transformation and change programs for major domestic and international customers in emerging global markets including Europe, Middle East, South America, Asia, Pacific Rim, United States, Mexico and Canada.
Dr. Turner earned BSEE, BSME, MS in Industrial Systems Engineering and Management degrees from Fenn College of Engineering, Cleveland State University, and an Executive MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace College. He also holds an earned doctorate degree in Operations Strategy and Management from Columbia and has engaged in post-doctoral studies in Operations Research at Southern Methodist University. As guest lecturer in Executive MBA programs at the University of Texas at Dallas and University of Dallas, he provides instruction in Strategic Program-Project Management and Operations Strategy and Management, respectively. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), Certified Strategic Manager (CSM), Certified Program Manager (CPM) and Registered Professional Engineer (PE®).
