Graham has extensive international management experience and has held senior management and board positions in “Blue Chip” organizations including Chase Manhattan Bank Inc, Dun & Bradstreet Inc, Global Group Plc and The Hertz Corporation Inc. Graham has extensive experience of the management of International teams from diverse cultures within the context of Managing Director of Dun & Bradstreet Europe, Chief Executive Officer of Global Group Plc and Chief Executive Officer of the Hertz Corporation Europe & Middle East.
Graham is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has worked internationally in the area of performance improvement in the areas of the individual, team and organization and has extensive experience in cross-cultural team integration. This work has involved the development of a number of proprietary processes relating to Senior Management Development, Executive Coaching, Cross Cultural Team Integration, Personal & Team Relationship Conflict Resolution, The One Page Strategic Plan, Behavioral Negotiation on the Merits, Why Teams Don't Work? Authentic Leadership by Managing Diversity, and a range of bespoke evidence based assignments.
Graham has co-developed a number of leading edge survey materials including a Preference & Style indicator (EBPI™) for both individuals and groups. A Team Effectiveness diagnostic. Group & Organization Climate (a survey to measure both organizational and leadership performance). Evidence Based Multi-Cultural Competency Framework and Cultural Sensitivity Questionnaire for Multi-National Managers & Teams. This has led to evaluation, coaching, and career planning frameworks for enhancing the performance management of senior managers across a wide range of organizations. In addition Graham maintains coaching relationships at board and senior management level within an international context. Graham acts as an advisor in the management integration processes within the mergers and acquisitions field.
Graham has a Masters degree in International Relations and has practiced as a management consultant for 14 years, is a member of the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the American Management Association, a Fellow of The Institute of Directors, a certified member of the Society For The Advancement Of Consulting and is a senior business adviser to London Young Enterprise. In addition Graham is an accredited mentor to the National Training Awards scheme.
