Award-winning business performance expert Lisa Anderson, the founder and president of LMA Consulting Group Inc., specializes in manufacturing strategy and end-to-end supply chain transformation that maximizes the customer experience and enables profitable, scalable, dramatic business growth.  Known for creating bold customer promises and profits, she is experienced in working with closely-held, private-equity backed and multi-billion dollar organizations in industries ranging from aerospace and defense, building and industrial products to food and beverage.Often quoted in media outlets like the Wall Street Journal, ABC News and CEO Magazine, she is regularly invited to speak at conferences and events on topics like the Amazon Effect at venues such as the Drucker Supply Chain Forum. Lisa has been named a Top 46 Supply Chain Influencer by SAP, a Top 50 ERP Influencer by Washington Frank, a Top 40 B2B Tech Influencer by Arketi, a Top Woman Influencer by Solutions Review and a subject matter expert by HowDo. She recently published, I’ve Been Thinking, an inspiring collection of 101 strategies for creating bold customer promises and profits.

Lisa lives and works in Southern California, where she is actively involved with clients and in the business community.  Lisa is President of the Inland Empire Chapter of APICS (national trade organization supply chain), one of the most active and innovative chapters in the United States.  She has been instrumental in engaging students and has fostered the environment that has earned national recognition for the students from Harvey Mudd College and Cal Poly Pomona.

Lisa serves as Innovation Awards Chair for the Manufacturers’ Council of the Inland Empire and as Leader of the Ontario chapter of ProVisors, a community of trusted professional advisors. She is also a Board member of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership and the University of La Verne School of Business and Public Management and hosts quarterly Executive Roundtables with Harvey Mudd College.

Prior to founding LMA Consulting Group Inc., Lisa was the Vice President of Operations of PaperPak. Her tenure included transitions and promotions through the company transformation from a $100 million family-owned business, through a merger and acquisition of three businesses into one $350 million global company, followed by a management leveraged buyout in combination with an investment banking group.

Lisa has been a member of the Society for Advancement in Consulting for over 13 years, where she has co-managed the Public Relations program since 2014.  She was inducted into Alan Weiss’s Million Dollar Consulting® Hall of Fame in 2014.

When not working with clients or mentees, Lisa enjoys weekend jaunts to Arizona to visit family and trips to new exotic places like Fiji or old favorites like Italy and Oxford.

Linda Popky

Award-winning marketing expert Linda J. Popky, the founder and president of Leverage2Market Associates, transforms organizations through powerful marketing performance. Her clients range from small businesses and consultants to mid-sized companies and large Fortune 500 enterprises.

She lives and works in Silicon Valley, where she’s been involved with many of the companies who developed and deployed the technologies that have changed the world over the last twenty-five years, including Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, NetApp, PayPal, SAP, Plantronics, Autodesk, Applied Materials, and others. Named one of Silicon Valley’s Top 100 Women of Influence and a member of Alan Weiss’s Million Dollar Consulting® Hall of Fame, Linda J. Popky has extensive experience in marketing – in industry, agencies, and consulting. She is the former president of Women in Consulting and certified as a master mentor in the Private Roster Mentoring Program.

Linda has served as the Program Advisor for the Integrated Marketing Program at San Francisco State University’s College of Extended Learning and she helped create the school’s Social Media Marketing program. She is a member of the Advisory Board at the University of California Santa Cruz Extension in Silicon Valley, and she has taught courses in brand equity and internal branding for West Virginia University’s online Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications program.

Linda has been a SAC member for over 13 years. She and Lisa Anderson have managed the SAC Public Relations program since 2014.

Linda is both an author and an editor, having worked with many authors to create more compelling self-published and commercially published books. She is the author of the book Marketing Above the Noise: Achieve Strategic Advantage with Marketing that Matters, a contender for Marketing Book of the Year in 2015. A classically trained pianist, Linda released Night Songs, a CD of classical piano music, in 2013.
