Patrick Daly is the founder and Managing Director of Alba Consulting, a business consultancy focused on international supply chain, logistics, and operations based in Dublin, Ireland. Patrick is an accomplished consultant, speaker, trainer, author and broadcaster and has been active in the logistics sector for over 25 years. He works with many top Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics services in Europe, Asia. and the Americas, helping them achieve dramatic improvements in their supply chain capabilities and performance through supply chain excellence. Patrick has worked with clients all over the world including China, India, Uruguay, Puerto Rico, Egypt, UAE, United States, UK, Spain, Croatia, and others.

David Ogilvie is the founder and principal of David Ogilvie Consulting, a business consultancy focused on ERP and supply chain management. David works with manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States with turnover of $20 million+ and an inventory component to their operation. He works with any section of the ERP & WMS Lifecycle; from initial product selection, providing both project and change management expertise during implementation and operational advice focused on configuring the application to create a transformed, efficient, and highly profitable organisation. David has worked with most of the ERP systems available such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft D365 Fin Ops.
