How do you protect your consulting practice from the myriad of legal issues that can arise? In this webinar, Brian Reider, an attorney known for providing business solutions to legal problems will be talking with us about navigating the legal minefield. Brian will guide us through how to select an attorney, contracts and law, protecting work products, trade secrets and intellectual property, protecting assets through insurance and how to avoid legal problems.

We’ll have the opportunity to address and ask questions about some unique consulting situations.
