Million Dollar Consultant Alan Weiss, president of Summit Consulting, has been called the “rock star of consulting.” He’s published over 500 articles and 60 books on consulting, is an inductee into the Professional Speaking Hall of Fame® and the concurrent recipient of the National Speakers Association Council of Peers Award of Excellence. He has been named a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, one of only two people in history holding both those designations. The founder of SAC, Alan has developed the premiere global community for solo consultants.

Rita Allen

Rita Balian Allen is the president of Rita B. Allen Associates, a national career management firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, management training and career development. She is a lecturer at Boston-area universities, a sought-after speaker and presenter, and the author of numerous articles, blogs, columns and the book Personal Branding and Marketing Yourself: The Three Ps Marketing Technique as a Guide to Career Empowerment. She has been a regular contributor for the Chief Learning Officer, Huffington Post and Leadership & Management Book, as well as a variety of other publications.
Rita has worked with leaders across all industries and professions and was voted one of the top ten executive coaches by the Boston Women’s Business Journal. She currently serves as a board member of The Boston Club as President.

A former CIO, today Eric Bloom is the Executive Director of the IT Management and Leadership Institute, the governing body of the ITMLP and ITMLE leadership certifications, and a leading provider of IT leadership, interpersonal communication, and business skills training. He is a former nationally syndicated columnist, Certified Professional Speaker (CSP), TEDx Talk speaker, trainer, CIO.com contributor, past President of National Speakers Association (NSA) New England and an IDC Research Advisor.

Roberta Matuson

For more than 25 years, Roberta Matuson, president of Matuson Consulting has helped leaders in highly regarded companies, including General Motors, New Balance and Microsoft and small to medium-size businesses, achieve dramatic growth and market leadership through the maximization of talent. She is known globally as “The Talent Maximizer®.”
Roberta is the person top employment site Monster and global retail giant Staples turns to for advice on talent. Her new book, Evergreen Talent will be released in the spring of 2020. Juliette Mayers

Juliette Mayers is the founder and CEO of Inspiration Zone LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy, Brand Management, and Thought Leadership that helps clients integrate D&I and multicultural insights to provide value-driven, innovative solutions to position brands for success in the global marketplace. Prior to launching IZL, Juliette led large-scale initiatives at Fortune 500 companies and large not-for-profits, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield MA. In addition to her consulting practice, she motivates and inspires audiences through keynotes and workshops on inclusive leadership, strategic networking, personal branding, and women’s leadership.
Juliette’s popular books, The Guide to Strategic Networking and A Black Woman’s Guide to Networking have received international acclaim. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Gwen Ifill Trailblazer Award from Simmons College and the Women of Influence recognition from the Boston Business Journal (BBJ). Linda Popky
