The Nontoxic Workplace
Change Management, Communications, Diversity, Finance, Leadership

I recently finished my coursework for my Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Change and Leadership at the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. As I complete my doctoral dissertation, I am launching a new corporate change communications consultancy.

I'm bringing my clients not only my 15+ years of experience as an award-winning journalist and 25+ years of experience corporate content writer, but my graduate education from Georgetown University and USC. Now, I provide internal corporate messaging support to select financial service and insurance industry organizations. My offerings are data driven, evidence-based and solutions-oriented.

I work with CXOs in organizations where antiracism is replacing DEI, where leaders and their teams are having hard conversations about "race", and where individuals are engaged in self-reflection, doing internal work to change their beliefs, thus their negative racialized narratives.

My services are exclusive to enterprise-level senior leaders, who display an authentic commitment to creating and maintaining flourishing and sustainable racially equitable organizations. My services can support you in creating a nontoxic workplace where employee experience is outstanding. With my help, you can convey your employee messaging in a trustworthy manner and earn employee endorsement for your change initiatives.

Since my first love remains writing, I'm also targeting mid-market and large consulting firms seeking contract scholarly writers to provide primary researched, data backed, evidence-based content for their platforms.

I provide all my services remotely.
