Dr. Karen Y. Wilson-Starks, the number one best selling author of “Lead Yourself First: The Senior Leader’s Guide to Engaging Your People for Greater Performance and Impact” is a global executive leadership development consultant who has worked in regions as diverse as Canada, Europe, and the middle east. As President and CEO of TRANSLEADERSHIP, INC. since 1995, she specializes in developing corporate, not-for-profit, and US government leaders empowered for dynamic organizational results.
Keynote speaker and host of the podcast, “The Voice of Leadership with Dr. Karen”, she addresses topics such as launching and sustaining high performance teams, leading change, and creating a learning culture that produces results.
