She has more than 30 years of executive experience in Business-to-Business leadership roles, spanning four continents and specializing in Emerging Markets worldwide. Her particular strengths include Global Markets Development/ Go-to-Market and Global Leadership Development, with deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS/PaaS, Professional Services, Financial Services, Advisory Services and Executive Education. Lucie has helped to build and amplify the brands, programs and revenue streams of global leaders such as Cisco, IBM, Johnson & Johnson and select startups.
Lucie's current focus is to help global leaders prepare for and navigate Global Business challenges, leveraging the best of both status quo and breakthrough opportunities for optimal ROI. Having formulated strategic plans with P & L responsibility, Lucie is the architect of NewComm Global's E4L (Explore. Evaluate. Establish. Embed. Lead), BestPricing (SM) and EcorityLeader (SM) methodologies, and produces the current monthly webcast, "Staying Global While Staying Home” (SM); the blog series, "Not Your Mom's Global Markets"; and the upcoming "Global Business Minute" vlog. She holds double her industry's rate for closing business and is also the G100 Global Trade USA Chair.

Lucie was appointed as an Ecosystems Builder/Mentor delegate to the White House's 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India. She was selected by the esteemed U.S. State Department’s Speaker Program to design and lead training programs in Malaysia, Brunei and Tunisia, and is a frequent speaker and trainer internationally.
Lucie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree from St. Mary's College of California. She has been accredited as a facilitator in the renowned Leadership Practices Inventory and the Hall-Tonna (Values) Inventory. She is fluent in conversational French and thrives on learning and sharing new insights.
